Refund Policy
At Bath Bombs For Kids, every product is handmade with care and crafted just for you. Because our production begins soon after each order is placed, we ask that you please review the following policies before purchasing.
1. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, your order enters our production schedule and becomes final — meaning it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
This policy applies to all order types, including one-time purchases, subscriptions, and prepaid multi-month plans, since every item is handmade to order.
2. Standard Returns (One-Time Purchases)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (excludes prepaid monthly & seasonal boxes, subscriptions and multi-month prepaid).
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@bathbombsforkids.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your package back.
Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Subscription Orders
Subscription box purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after the initial 24-hour cancellation window.
Each box is handcrafted and planned in advance, so we cannot cancel or refund remaining boxes in an active subscription.
To stop future renewals, please cancel before your next billing date through your account or by contacting us at info@bathbombsforkids.com.
4. Prepaid Multi-Month Purchases (Non-Renewing)
Prepaid box plans (monthly and seasonal prepaid boxes) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after the initial 24-hour cancellation window.
Each box in your prepaid plan is handmade and reserved for you in advance, so we are unable to refund or exchange any unused portions once the order becomes final.
Your prepaid plan will automatically end after your selected term and will not renew unless you choose to purchase again.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalized products (special orders)

Used or opened bath products

Sale items or gift cards

7. Exchanges
Because our products are handmade in small batches, we are unable to offer exchanges once an order has become final.
If your item qualifies for a return under our standard return policy, you may return it and place a new order for the replacement.
8. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
