Monthly Subscription Terms and Conditions

✨ Subscription Box Policy & Terms

Billing & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed immediately at signup, then renew on the 15th of each month.

  • Our system includes a built-in safeguard: you’ll never be billed twice before your first box ships.

  • Sign up on or before the 14th: Your signup payment secures the next month’s box. Future renewals will bill on the 14th.

  • Sign up after the 14th: Your signup payment secures the following month’s box. Your subscription will then renew on the 14th of each month.

  • Prepaid plans (6- or 12-month) are billed in full at checkout.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify/PayWhirl.


Shipping Schedule

  • Boxes ship in a single batch during the first 5 days of each month.

  • Examples:

    • Subscribe Sept 10 → pay immediately → first box ships Oct 1–7 → next renewal Oct 14 for November box.

    • Subscribe Sept 20 → pay immediately → first box ships Nov 1–7 → next renewal Nov 14 for December box.

  • Flat-rate shipping is always included with subscriptions.


Ordering Other Products

  • Subscription boxes are billed and shipped separately from other store orders.

  • Additional bath bombs, Fizzy Sprinkles, or gifts are processed as one-time purchases with standard shipping.

  • Subscription boxes cannot be combined with other orders for free shipping.

  • You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for subscriptions and one-time purchases.


Cancellations & Changes

  • There is no long term commitment.  We hope you love your bath bombs!  But, if you need to cancel your subscription, please visit this link https://app.paywhirl.com/customer-portal and fill out the form to cancel your subscription. 

    Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date (14th of the month) or you will be charged for the following month. 

  • Prepaid subscriptions (6- or 12-month) are non-refundable but will continue shipping until the end of the prepaid term.

  • Moving? Update your shipping address at least 7 days before the next box ships to avoid delays.


Prepaid Plan Bonuses

  • 6-Month Prepaid: Includes a free bag of Fizzy Sprinkles in your first box ($25 value).

  • 12-Month Prepaid: Includes 1 month free — you’ll receive 12 boxes but only pay for 11.


Damages & Missing Items

  • If your box arrives damaged or missing items, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send replacements at no cost.


Refunds

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged.

  • Canceling a monthly plan stops future charges but does not refund payments already processed.
