Monthly Subscription Terms and Conditions

■ Subscription Box Policy & Terms

 

Billing & Payments


• All subscriptions are billed on the 15th of each month.


• If you sign up before the 15th, your first payment is charged immediately, and you will receive the upcoming month’s box. Your next payment will occur on the 15th of the following month.


• Prepaid plans (6- or 12-month) are billed in full at checkout.


• We accept all major credit/debit cards (via Shopify/PayWhirl).
Shipping Schedule


• Subscription boxes ship in a single batch within the first 5 days of each month.


• Example: Sign up and pay by Sept 15 → your first box ships between Oct 1–5.


• Flat-rate shipping is always included for subscriptions.


Ordering Other Products Along with Subscriptions:


• Subscription boxes are billed and shipped separately from other store products.


• If you’d like to order other bath bombs, sprinkles, or gift items, those will be processed as a separate order with standard shipping rates.


• Because subscriptions ship on a fixed schedule, additional items cannot be combined with your subscription box or shipped free.


• You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for subscription boxes and one-time product orders.


Cancellations & Changes


• Monthly subscriptions may be canceled anytime through your customer account or by emailing us.


• Prepaid subscriptions (6- or 12-month) are non-refundable but will continue to ship through the end of the term.


• If you move, update your address at least 7 days before the next box ships to avoid delays.


Prepaid Plan Bonuses


• 6-Month prepaid subscriptions include 1 free bag of Fizzy Sprinkles in the first month ($25 value).


• 12-Month prepaid subscriptions include 1 month free (you’ll receive 12 boxes but only pay for 11).


Damages & Missing Items


• If your box arrives damaged or missing an item, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace the affected products at no cost.

Refunds

• Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged.


• Canceling a monthly plan stops future charges, but we cannot refund already-processed payments.
